Timothy S. Meador
Principal
Tim Meador currently serves as President of eSellHouse.com, a residential real estate brokerage company that is expanding nationally.
Tim Meador's background includes a 22 year career as a real estate appraiser and broker serving as President of Meador Group Inc. an appraisal firm serving local, regional, and national lenders. Mr. Meador has also served as a consultant to various law firms. Tim Meador, SRA, ASA has personally appraised over 20,000 residences. He is an SRA member of the Appraisal Institute and currently serves as a national residential screener and chairs national residential experience review panels. Tim Meador is also an ASA member of the American Society of Appraisers.
Tim Meador's professional membership include the Appraisal Institute, American Society of Appraisers, National Association of Realtors plus various other related regional and local real estate professional organizations.
Mr. Meador attended Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis.
Robert A. Judelson
Principal
Mr. Judelson founded Robert Judelson & Co. in 1968, which became JMB Realty in 1970. Judelson left JMB in 1973 to join forces with Jerry Reinsdorf to co-found the Balcor Company. Balcor grew into one of the largest real estate syndication companies in the world, with assets over $7 billion. The company owned and managed 81,000 apartment units and 15 million sq. ft. of office and retail space. In 1982 Balcor was sold to American Express.
In 1988, Mr. Judelson partnered again with Jerry Reinsdorf to co-found Bojer Financial, Ltd., a real estate investment company.
Mr. Judelson is the director of both the Chicago Bulls basketball team and Chicago White Sox baseball team. He has served as a member of the Advisory Board for the Moran Eye Clinic at the University of Utah, as well as a Trustee for St. Andrew's Preparatory School in Boca Raton, Florida, and Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, Massachusetts.
Mr. Judelson is a graduate of Northwestern University.
Thomas E. Meador
Principal
Mr. Meador began his career as an Investment Officer at the Harris Bank in Chicago, moving to Balcor Company, a real estate investment company in 1979. Balcor was subsequently sold to American Express and then grew to an employee base of over 3,000 people with over $7 billion in real estate.
In 1990, Mr. Meador became Chairman of Balcor and directed its strategic disposition that was finalized in 1998.
Beginning in 1995, Mr. Meador also assumed the position of Senior Vice-President of Real Estate for American Express and was charged with building a best-in class worldwide real estate delivery organization. While at American Express, Mr. Meador also assumed leadership positions in a variety of other businesses.
Mr. Meador has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance, both from Indiana University.
